Man United face Real Betis in the second leg of their Europa League last-16 clash in Spain on Thursday evening.
Manchester United will be aiming to progress to the quarter-finals of the Europa League when they face Real Betis in the second leg of their last-16 showdown at the Benito Villamarin Stadium on Thursday evening.
United, who previously won the competition in 2017, are in a strong position to reach the last-eight after winning last week’s first-leg 4-1 at Old Trafford. After seeing Ayoze Perez cancel out Marcus Rashford’s first-half opener, the Reds rallied in the second half, courtesy of goals from Antony, Bruno Fernandes and Wout Weghorst to seal a comfortable win.
However, the Reds, although they were not helped by Casemiro’s first-half dismissal, failed to build on that victory at the weekend, playing out a goalless stalemate with Southampton, meaning they will be keen to get back to winning ways and finish the job against Betis.
