Adrien Rabiot held talks with Manchester United over the summer but instead ended up staying with Italian giants Juventus.
Adrien Rabiot said that he feels lucky to have stayed at Juventus after a move to Manchester United fell through in the summer.
The Juventus midfielder was heavily linked with a switch to Old Trafford over the summer. He was deep in negotiations with United after a fee of around £15million had been agreed between the two clubs.
However, the 27-year-old had hefty wage demands and that led to United pulling the plug on the deal. It was part of a summer that saw Erik ten Hag’s side also fail to land top target Frenkie de Jong from Barcelona.
