At the same time, he is now worth €30 million on the market. The young player has been getting better, and Chelsea is one of the teams that might want to sign him.

Even if the Catalan giants wαnted to sell Balde, they would ask for a lot more than the €30 million he is worth on the market. Still, it might be best for everyone if Balde signed a new contract with Barcelona.
Since Chelsea will have more important needs, they should work to improve other areas. But it will be interesting to see what Barcelona does if Chelsea makes an offer.
