The striker’s current contract at Spurs runs out in 2024 and he has been linked with a move away from Tottenham, with Bayern Munich mentioned
Harry Kane could have joined the blue side of Manchester last summer, but despite City’s interest, Tottenham held firm and reiterated that their star man wasn’t for sale. Now, it’s City’s rivals, Manchester United, who are being urged to sign Kane.
The England international has 20 months remaining on his contract in north London and it remains to be seen whether he extends his stay at his boyhood club beyond that point. He’s been linked with a move to Bayern Munich, but talked down the possibility of a move to the Bundesliga giants earlier this week.
“For sure Bayern are a top, top club, but all my concentration is on Tottenham,” he said. Turning 30 next summer, it could be Kane’s last chance to secure a move to one of Europe’s elite sides.
