Juventus want to sign Chelsea midfielder Mateo Kovacic as part of a swap deal for Denis Zakaria during the summer transfer window, according to reports.
According to rᴜmours, Juventus is interested in trading Denis Zakaria for Chelsea midfielder Mateo Kovacic during the summer transfer window.
On the final day of the summer transfer window, Juventus loaned Zakaria to Chelsea for the entire season. His contract contained a buyout clause for the Premier League’s powerhouses.
According to the Italian news site Calcio Mercato Web, Juventus is ready to permanently split company with Zakaria in order to get Kovacic’s services. However, given that Kovacic is one of Graham Potter’s most crucial players, it appears doubtful that Chelsea will consent to such terms.

The Chelsea manager said, “He played against Zagreb in the Champions League and scored, so he’s demonstrated his quality.”
He put in a lot of effort and maintained his professionalism, which is why he was rewarded [against Bournemouth] with a respectable performance and a role in a victory.
We have several solid options in the middle, so he has had to be patient, Potter continued.
It must be kept in mind that throughout our first few games, we didn’t lose, therefore it was challenging for him to be given that chance.
